You may cancel your registration 12 or more days prior to training and receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 12 business days prior to the workshop (excluding holidays), no refund will be issued. However, we are happy to transfer your registration to another training within one year of your cancellation date. If you transfer to a training on the same program and release kit, there will be no fee to transfer. If you transfer to a training on a different program or release, there will be a $50 fee to cover the cost of the additional digital release kit. The training transfer credit expires 12 months after the cancellation date, so be sure to get registered for a new event in a timely manner.
